Our Community

We at REDfrog recognize the importance of broadband internet for the education of our children, success of our businesses, and growth of our community, and are committed to providing high-speed internet access to even the rural residents of our community, as well as the other communities near us. We realize that the large telecommunications industries are more interested in growing their business where there are more people per square mile; being a rural community we are less profitable and our needs have been placed on the ‘back burner’ for these entities. As the big telecom companies roll out internet access in metropolitan areas with speeds of 50Mbps-100Mbps, many people in Lowell cannot even get 1Mbps service.

In addition to providing Internet access to the underserved in our community, we provide FREE websites to residential communities in our service area and FREE classifieds.

We work with and support local non-profits to provide for our neighbors, including Flat River Outreach Ministries.

Starting in 2011, we began to train for the future, offering to share our experience with interns from Lowell High School.
